Domaine Besson is the proud owner of an exceptional wine-producing heritage located in the heart of Chablis, seeking to express and transmit in its wines the purity of this unique terroir. The estate is an independent family-owned and run domaine spanning four generations. In the early 2000’s, Alain Besson built an enlarged, modern overground cellar on his property on the southern outskirts of the village of Chablis, next to the Premier Cru vineyard ‘Montmains’. Today, their 21 hectares comprises holdings in Petit Chablis, Chablis and selected Premiers/Grands Crus. Excluding Petit Chablis, the family’s holdings are found in various crus.
